Greene County has released a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the renovation of an existing space at 301 N. Greene Street, Snow Hill, NC, to create an additional courtroom.
The RFP is open to qualified contractors and outlines project specifications, design criteria, and submission requirements. Proposals will be accepted until 12:00 PM on February 28, 2025. Questions must be submitted in writing by February 24, 2025.

ADDENDUM #1
Greene County Courtroom Renovation Project
Date: February 19, 2025
This addendum serves to formally modify the original Request for Proposal (RFP) issued on February 14, 2025, for the Greene County Courtroom Renovation Project.
Change to Scope of Work: The project scope is hereby amended to include carpeting for the entire courtroom renovation area, excluding the bathrooms. This addition will apply to all public and secure areas as outlined in the project layout, ensuring full carpet coverage in all rooms and corridors, with the exception of bathrooms which will retain water-proof LVP tile as previously specified.
Instructions to Bidders: Pricing adjustments for the additional carpeting should be reflected in the Pricing Schedule (Section 5.1) as a separate line item under “Addendum #1 – Carpeting.”
All other terms and conditions of the original RFP remain unchanged.
