This new platform meets all ADA compliance standards, ensuring that people with disabilities have full access to the County’s public meetings, agendas, and documents.
Why the Change?
This update is part of Greene County’s ongoing commitment to provide equal access to all residents. Our new system not only enhances transparency and ease of use but also ensures that individuals with disabilities can easily navigate and access important information, including through screen readers and other assistive technologies.

- ADA-Compliant Accessibility: The new system is fully compliant with ADA standards, offering features that ensure accessibility for individuals with disabilities. Whether through screen readers or other assistive devices, all citizens will have equal access to meeting agendas, minutes, and documents.
- Public Access to Historical Data: The platform offers easy access to Board of Commissioners’ agendas and meeting minutes dating back to January 3, 2000, providing a transparent record of county decisions for review.
- Improved Transparency: By offering real-time updates on meetings, events, and agendas, this system enables Greene County to maintain a high level of transparency and accountability to its citizens.

How to Sign Up for Meeting Notifications:
As part of our efforts to increase engagement, the new platform also allows residents to sign up for email notifications about meetings. Follow these steps to get started:
- Visit our website at www.greenecountync.gov.
- Click the “Agenda” button on the top gray menu bar, or select the “Commissioners Meeting Agendas” link on the homepage.
- Sign In if you have an account, or click Sign Up to create one.
- Once signed in, click Subscriptions in the top right corner.
- Select the boards or meetings you’d like to receive notifications for.
Already Receiving Notifications?
If you previously received meeting notifications via email, your information has been transferred to the new system for your convenience. You should have received an email with instructions from our new system.
