The Food & Nutrition Program helps low-income families to provide healthy, nutritious meals. Eligibility for Food & Nutrition benefits is based on income and number in the household. Benefits are issued on the same day of each month based on the last digit of the head of household’s social security number.

Once EBT card is received, call the phone number on the back of the card and follow the instructions on how to activate the card and set up a 4-digit pin number.
The Low-Income Energy Assistance program is a one-time cash benefit to help qualified households with heating expenses. The application signup period is December through March 31st.
The emergency services programs are designed to meet the essential needs of a household in an emergency. These programs are eligibility based and include heating and cooling related crises.
