Rams Fest – Vendor Registration

Please find all guidelines for Vendors for the 2026 Ram Fest below.
- Deadline: The application deadline is April 3, 2026. A $25 late fee will be assessed after May 1. No applications will be accepted after April 10th.
- The Ram Fest Planning Committee reserves the right to accept or deny any or all applications. Additionally, the committee reserves the right to remove any vendor from the festival if it feels the vendor is in violation of these guidelines, or the spirit of the festival.
- The festival will run on the scheduled date regardless of weather.
- Each vendor must provide their own display, tables, and chairs. Canopies are not required but are recommended, but if used, they must be weighted or tied down.
- Electricity is limited and will be available to those who register first. Vendors must provide their own heavy duty extension cords.
- Vendors are expected to be in operation on Saturday, April 18th from 10am-4pm. Vendor vehicles must be cleared from the grounds by 9:30am. No vendor vehicles will be allowed to move into the grounds until 4pm.
- Vendor check-in will be begin at 7:00am. Festival staff will direct you to your space.
- All vendor questions should be directed to Jessica Anderson at 252-747-5831 or jessica_a_anderson@ncsu.edu.
- Vendor Fees are $75 for commercial spaces and food trucks, $50 for Handmade Arts & Crafts and $25 for nonprofits (churches, fire departments, etc). All vendor fees go directly to Greene County 4-H.
- Space is measured in 12’x 12′ for each vendor area. If you need additional space, please contact Jessica for availability.
