Beverage Licenses

The Greene County Tax Office issues beverage licenses in accordance with NCGS 105-113.70.

Beer & wine licenses must be purchased annually and are valid from May 1st through April 30th of the following year. All licenses expire April 30th, regardless of the date issued.

Renewals must be completed by May 1st each year. A copy of your North Carolina State ABC License is required for our office to issue your county licenses for the first time. A copy of your temporary NC State ABC License is acceptable.
