Every four years, the Area Agency on Aging develops a Regional Aging Plan in an effort to provide “clear and firm direction” for the agency. The purpose of the plan is to define the organization, present all program plans, describe all advocacy efforts, show fiscal methodologies and quality assurance. The plan’s intent is to build a comprehensive service delivery system in coordination with our partners to provide a continuum of care, as well as to identify and develop needed services in our communities. This Regional Aging Plan, once completed, will cover a period from 2024-2028. In order to complete this plan, we need your input about what services and focus areas are needed for older adults and caregivers in our communities.
