The Greene County Board of Elections will perform a post-election sample audit count on Thursday, May 19, 2022, at 10 am for the May 17, 2022, Federal Primary Election at the Greene County Board of Elections office at 104 Hines Street, Snow Hill, NC. The sample audit count is required by general statute and helps ensure the reliability of election results tabulated by a machine. The Greene County Board of Elections conducts a series of additional post-election audits to ensure the integrity of election results. The sample audit count will be conducted by a bipartisan team. The public is welcome to attend.

Random election precincts will be selected by N.C. State Board of Elections on Wednesday, May 18, 2022.
