The Greene County Board of Commissioners will hold a Public Hearing on the closing / abandoning the unimproved roads of 4th Street and School Street in Maury, N.C. pursuant to NCGS § 153A-241. The Public Hearing will be held on May 15, 2023 at the Greene County Commissioner Meeting. The meeting will be at the Greene County Emergency Operations Center at 7:00 p.m. in the Commissioners’ room, 312 SE Second Street,
Snow Hill, NC 28580.
Persons who wish to be heard on the proposed closing of the unimproved roads may appear at the Public Hearing.
