Greene County Department of Public Health, Greene County Board of Health, and Vidant Health have partnered to conduct our Community Health Needs Assessment for Greene County.
This assessment helps guide our efforts over the next 3 years to ensure we are meeting the health needs of Greene County, and if we aren’t, it helps us find ways to meet those needs.
